How do you handle regulation that differs between countries?
We start from the universal compliance functions and map, for each domain, the framework of each country, flagging what is common and what is specific.
Is there formal cooperation between the countries?
Yes. Notably the Lusophone Data Protection Network (2024) and the CPLP Prosecutors' anti-corruption and anti-money-laundering network (2018).
